When you find yourself in a position where you will be unable to meet a customer's needs due to resource unavailability, that's where Ginka's Contract Programming and Process Improvement services come in.  When you commission a program from Ginka, not only would you receive a program that will make the part on your CNC machinery, you can also add onmachine setup services and program prove out, and scheduled process improvement dates down the road.  Ginka is a full service, hands on company that will not just send you the program and leave you to your own devices.  We stand by the programs we write, and assist you every step of the way.

Process Improvement services would include analyzing your current process, and suggest/implement solutions to provide you with a reliable, robust, and more efficient machining process.  If we think that you're already at the limit of tools and machinery, we won't be shy about telling you.  Ginka is not here to sell you services that you do not require.

Generally these services are covered by purchasing blocks of days to be used at anytime you see fit.  Any days that are in your account's bank can also be applied to other services that Ginka offers, such as Turnkey Solutions.  They do not expire, and can be topped up at any time.  Please contact us at info@ginka-consulting.ca for our current rates.  Pre-paid rates are generally inclusive of all travel, lodging, and meals as required.
